The growth of Workday as a company has fueled the growth of the soccer team. With a full line of subs, Workdaze was able to wear down Survey FC tonight 8:2. After an even first half, the deeper Workdaze bench was able to set the pace in the second half and frustrate the Survey defenders. The Workdaze defense rotated often and held the opponent to few shots. Ralf, back from a toe injury, was up to the challenge and was the Workdaze closer in the second half, pitching a shutout.

Sameer was solid in goal for the first half, but Workdaze goalie controversy continues. Rumors are beginning to swirl that long time keeper Kevin is nursing his wrist injury. A family member of Kevin who wished to remain anonymous confirmed such speculation. "Kevin is home nursing a beer watching basketball..."
