Well, Workdaze is certainly not having a good season so far. 3 games, 3 losses. This one was our worst result so far. No goals scored.
Who is to blame?
(a) Ralf for running so long with the Show&Tell that we were late
(b) The idiot who caused a major crash on 680 that made half the team late
(c) Global warming that made the soccer field 105 degrees F.
(d) Guillermo for supporting his fellow countrymen a bit too much
(e) Workdaze for not playing well
(f) All of the above
It has to be (e). While we played the first 14 minutes with only 4 players due to the traffic jam and were 0:3 down by then, we never got our game together after that. We were unable to pressure citicars and to get shots on goal. Their goalie made a few good saves, but overall they outplayed us.
Time to win some games now if we want to make the play-offs this season!
p.s. I want to point out one special thing: Joe was FIRST at the field, 10 minutes before anyone else!!! Way to go.
