Well now, looks like Fred's Market did well on the transfer market. I'd rather call it the M&A market as they added a team of 5 good players to their roster. A couple of those guys can easily play D2 if not D1. Looks like we need to talk to Heather about the hiring strategy....

In any case, Paul played solid goalie in first half and did very well with several awesome saves. Unfortunately we were not up to par on defense and often left a player wide open for the goal. Hence the 6 goals. Ralf had one goal from a distance shot.

In second half, the market took it a bit easy and actually a nice game unfolded. We had 3-4 good scoring opportunities before Thomas scored the 2:6. Overall a very fair game, Fred's market just had the better players and 4 subs.

Special note: It is always a treat if Rick refs the game.

Let's do better against D4 in our next (post-turkey) game...
