Recap:

Workdaze was the first to see Tap Out in action last night. This will be a good team once they figure out the indoor game, but they were over matched by an experienced Workdaze squad. Workdaze controlled the game throughout and managed a 3:1 halftime lead. The one unlucky goal against game on an intended pass that snuck past Kevin. Perhaps 'The Jarvi' was shaking off some rust after a long injury layoff. In the second half, Workdaze opened it up and scored their highest output in some time. The game was never really in doubt.

Overall Workdaze looked good. The team had a lot of players available which helped compensate for the 3 weeks of holiday inactivity. Newcomer Steve contributed in his first game with excellent hustle and a goal and assist. Having Kevin back in goal was comforting to the whole team, especially the Workdaze defense. Assuming his wrist holds up, it will great to have a reliable keeper option for the season (pending baby arrival).

Next Game: Fred's Market (Thu 1/17 10:05 PM)
